What’s in the Program?
Individual Ketogenic nutrition plans are made specific to YOU and the information you provide for me via an online form. The majority of my clients (and me) use a High Fat, Low Carb or ketogenic way of eating. I have found it the fastest way to lose fat and keep it off. Throughout the program I will teach you about getting into ketosis so we are using fat to fuel our body. This, combined with intermittent fasting, has successfully stripped the fat off me and my clients without having to adopt a deprivation mindset. This way of eating is enjoyable, nourishing and sustainable.
Home Workouts
As you go through the program your body will get fitter and lighter, and we need to stay in front of these changes so we continue to make progress. Every four weeks I supply you with a new exercise program to complete in the comfort of your own home.
I consider these are the most important. We talk about the ketogenic diet and how our bodies use fat as fuel. We also cover other aspects of training. I am there to answer any questions you might have, but also there is a lot to be said for accountability. Many of my clients find this component of the program contributes to their continued progress and commitment.

ABOUT ME:
My name is Adrian Owen, and I have been running this online program since 2015 helping people all over the globe by sharing what I have learned through my own transformation , years studying and also working within the fitness industry. I have been using Keto since 2012 and shed most of my weight using my fat as fuel.
WHAT IS KETOSIS?
With the KETOGENIC we are switching our bodies fuel source. Moving away from carbohydrate fuel, to fat fuel. We do this by removing carbohydrates from our diet, reducing the amount of protein we eat and increasing our fat consumption. Our body will run out of carbohydrate fuel and start to break down our fat, which gets turned into Ketones, and this is what our body starts to use as fuel, and this is called Ketosis.
