Why do the Program?

This program is FREE for you AND your whanau that live with you at home!!!
The 12 week program consists of tools that support the four pillars of Māori health - Taha Tinana (Physical) -Taha Wairua (Spiritual) -Taha Whanau (Family) and -Taha Hinengaro (Mental) Health.
Nutrition is a big part of the program, we look at the evolution of disease in indigenous people and the effect food has had on us. We look at other indigenous cultures and the similarities in our decline in health. Daily exercise and movement is another main focus for both physical and mental health. Other topics include the benefits of yoga, meditation and breath work, which is much needed in today’s hectic society. With Māori leading the world in heart related diseases, knowing how to use hot and cold exposure to reduce these risk factors is huge as are the benefits of weight training as we age and the importance of sleep.
What’s in the Program?
Individual Ketogenic nutrition plans are made specific to YOU and the information you provide for me via an online form. The majority of my clients (and me) use a High Fat, Low Carb or ketogenic way of eating. I have found it the fastest way to lose fat and keep it off. Throughout the program I will teach you about getting into ketosis so we are using fat to fuel our body. This, combined with intermittent fasting, has successfully stripped the fat off me and my clients without having to adopt a deprivation mindset. This way of eating is enjoyable, nourishing and sustainable.
Home Workouts
As you go through the program your body will get fitter and lighter, and we need to stay in front of these changes so we continue to make progress. Every four weeks I supply you with a new exercise program to complete in the comfort of your own home.
Sunday online Zoom group meetings
I consider these are the most important. We talk about the ketogenic diet and how our bodies use fat as fuel. We also cover other aspects of training. I am there to answer any questions you might have, but also there is a lot to be said for accountability. Many of my clients find this component of the program contributes to their continued progress and commitment.

This is a big part of the program, as each Sunday Zoom sessions video is posted up in here in case you miss any of the calls. Plus each day i will be motivating you to keep exercising and eating the right things, plus answering any questions you might have.
